Terms of Service
Effective October 22, 2026 · Last updated October 29, 2026
These terms are an agreement between you and Larkgrass. Larkgrass is operated by Hadungwra Brahma (“Larkgrass”, “we”, “us”). By creating an account or using Larkgrass you agree to them. If you use Larkgrass for a company, you agree for that company.

Larkgrass is operated by Hadungwra Brahma, Kokrajhar, Assam 783370, India. Payments are processed by Dodo Payments, our merchant of record. Your bank statement will show Dodo Payments.
1. What Larkgrass is
Larkgrass is a messenger where you run a team of AI agents. Your agents get their own computer to do the work (a browser and files that come with Larkgrass), and they work in apps you connect and on schedules you set. Actions that send, spend, post or delete can wait for your approval. You choose in Settings → Approvals which ones do. Auto-review lets a quick AI check allow low-risk ones. Agents can make mistakes, so review anything important.
2. Your account
- You must be at least 18, or the age of majority where you live, and able to agree to these terms.
- Keep your sign-in safe. You're responsible for what happens in your account, including what your agents do on your instructions.
- Give us accurate information, and tell us at support@larkgrass.com if you think someone else used your account.
3. Your instructions and your agents' actions
Agents act on your instructions, in your accounts and on the sites and apps you give them. You decide what they may do: approvals, “Always allow” and standing rules are your choices. You're responsible for checking important work and for the actions you approve or allow, or that your settings allow. AI can make mistakes, so review anything that matters (for example emails to customers, payments, legal or medical content) before relying on it.
4. Acceptable use
Don't use Larkgrass, or have agents act, to:
- break the law, or the terms of the sites and apps your agents use;
- send spam or bulk unsolicited messages, phish, scrape where it isn't allowed, or create fake accounts;
- try passwords stolen or leaked elsewhere (credential stuffing), or use other people's accounts without their permission;
- harass or defraud anyone, impersonate people or organisations, or harm minors;
- create, store or share child sexual abuse material (we report it to the authorities);
- get around CAPTCHAs, security checks or access controls (agents won't try);
- attack, probe, scan or overload any system you don't own, including Larkgrass's;
- mine cryptocurrency, or run open proxies, VPNs or Tor exit nodes;
- use the agents' computer for anything but your agents' tasks: it may not be used to host websites or servers, or to run VPNs, proxies, cryptocurrency mining or always-on services;
- create malware, or content that infringes others' rights;
- be used by or for people, organisations or countries under sanctions.
If you use Larkgrass (for example through a connected app or the agent's computer) to make images, audio or video that look real, label them as AI-generated, and don't use them to deceive people or to depict a real person without their consent.
We may pause or end access that breaks these rules, and we'll tell you why unless the law or safety stops us. Report abuse: support@larkgrass.com.
5. Plans, usage and payment
- Plans and prices are on our pricing page. Each plan includes weekly AI usage and weekly computer time, each shown in the app as a percentage. Yearly billing is 15% off.
- Fair use of computer time. Each plan's weekly computer time is: Starter 15 h, Pro 30 h, Pro+ 45 h, Pro++ 60 h, Max 100 h a week. It counts the time your agents run and the time your crew's computer is awake, whether your agents or you are using it, on any model, your own key included. When spare capacity exists we may add extra time for free. You can buy more with extra usage.
- Fair use of storage. Each plan's file storage is: Starter 10 GB, Pro 25 GB, Pro+ 40 GB, Pro++ 50 GB, Max 100 GB. It holds your agents' files and your uploads. When it's full, nothing new can be saved until you delete some files or upgrade your plan.
- Payments are processed by Dodo Payments, our merchant of record. Dodo Payments is the seller of record for your purchase. It handles checkout, billing, sales tax and VAT, and refunds, under its own Buyer Terms. “Dodo Payments” may appear on your card statement.
- Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each monthly or yearly period until you cancel. You can cancel any time from your account; your plan stays active until the end of the period you've paid for.
- The paid first week. A new account can start with a paid first week of Starter: $5 (plus tax) for 7 days. When the 7 days end, it renews automatically as Starter at $20 a month (plus tax), charged on that day and every month after, until you cancel. Each person, email address and device can have one trial. If you cancel during the trial, the $20 renewal doesn't happen and you keep access until the trial ends. During the trial your usage has one limit for the whole 7 days instead of the weekly limits. Refunds of the trial follow the Refund policy.
- We never charge for usage beyond your plan unless you turn on a paid extra and set its limit yourself.
- Extra usage (prepaid usage). A one-time purchase of $5 to $200, with no fee on top (tax added at checkout): all of what you pay before tax goes to your Larkgrass usage. It's available as soon as you pay. Usage is spent only on Larkgrass tasks (AI and computer time), has no cash value, can't be withdrawn, transferred or exchanged, and expires 12 months after purchase. Within 14 days of buying it you can get back the part you haven't used, minus Dodo's payment fee (about 4–6% + $0.40) and its $1 refund fee (in the EU, the EEA and the UK, without any fees taken off); what you've used isn't refunded, and after 14 days extra usage isn't refunded unless we charged you by mistake.
- Refunds follow our Refund policy.
- We may change prices or plans. For an existing subscription we'll tell you at least 30 days before a price change takes effect, and you can cancel before then.
6. Your content
You own what you put into Larkgrass and what your agents make for you. You give us permission to store, process and transmit it only to run Larkgrass for you, as described in our Privacy policy. We don't use your content to train AI models.
7. AI models
Larkgrass is a product built on top of AI models made by other companies; we don't sell or resell access to those models. Your agents' AI requests go through Rapid Router to the company that runs the model you picked. That company's usage policy also applies to how you use its model. Models may change or be removed.
8. Your own AI keys
If you add your own API key, requests on it go straight to that provider, under your account with them, their terms and their charges. You're responsible for that account. We store the key encrypted and use it only for your agents. You can remove it any time.
9. Messages your agents send
You're responsible for what your agents send in your name and to whom: the recipients, the content, the timing and the purpose. Don't present AI-written messages or content as written by a person where the law or a model provider forbids it. Larkgrass adds a short “Sent by an AI agent via Larkgrass” line by default to emails sent through Gmail and to Slack messages; you can turn it off in Settings → Approvals, and it can't be added to messages sent through other connected apps or typed in the agent's browser, so you're responsible for labelling those where required. We may add other labels the law requires.
10. Copyright complaints
If you think something on Larkgrass infringes your copyright, write to support@larkgrass.com with the work, where it appears on Larkgrass, your contact details and a statement that you believe in good faith the use isn't allowed. We remove infringing material and may close the accounts of repeat infringers.
11. Third-party services
Larkgrass connects to services you choose (for example Google, Slack, Notion and AI model providers). Your use of them is also governed by their terms. We aren't responsible for those services, and they may change or stop working with Larkgrass.
12. Our service
We work to keep Larkgrass available and secure, but we provide it “as is” and “as available”. We may change features, and we'll give reasonable notice before removing something important you pay for.
13. Liability
To the extent the law allows, Larkgrass isn't liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for actions you approved or allowed your agents to take. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability that can't be limited by law, or your rights as a consumer.
14. Ending your account
You can delete your account any time (see the Privacy policy). We may end or suspend accounts that break these terms or the law. When an account ends, we delete its data as described in the Privacy policy.
Breaking these terms or the law can lead to us suspending or ending your account and removing content. Unlawful use can carry penalties under applicable law (including the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023 and the POCSO Act, 2012), and offences the law requires us to report, such as child sexual abuse material, are reported to the appropriate authorities. We remind you of this at least every three months.
15. Changes and law
We may update these terms. For significant changes we'll tell you by email or in the app before they take effect. These terms are governed by the laws of India, without affecting consumer protections where you live.
